We’re a proud father-and-son business built on tradition, craftsmanship, and a deep love for great food. What started as a passion for smoking and barbecuing meat has grown into a company rooted in experience, patience, and doing things the right way.
Our foundation comes from Dad, who brings over 20 years of hands-on experience smoking and BBQing meats. His knowledge of fire, smoke, and flavor is the backbone of everything we do—from slow-smoked sausages to perfectly balanced seasoning profiles.
The next generation brings a refined edge. As the son, I’m a classically trained chef, a graduate of Sullivan University, with over 10 years of culinary experience and 5 years of professional butchery experience. Together, we combine old-school BBQ traditions with modern culinary technique and precision.
